1. Introduction: The Problem With Today's Fragmented Tools

Most swim clubs today run on a patchwork of tools rather than one piece of swim club software. Coaches juggle spreadsheets for season planning, separate apps for video analysis and generic systems for membership and group admin. The fragmentation wastes admin time, but above all it locks valuable data into silos: insight into how a swimmer is developing gets lost in the gap between the plan on the screen and what actually happens on the pool deck.

Swim Suite is built to close that gap. Instead of isolated point solutions, the platform offers one connected workflow, from season plan to video analysis to the swimmer's daily training, so the coaching staff can make decisions based on objective data rather than gut feeling alone.

2. Three Apps, One Coaching Loop

Swim Suite is made up of three connected apps that mirror the way swimming naturally works.

Swim Suite: the coaching platform. The club's hub for planning and day-to-day running. Here coaches build the season at three scales, macro (season), meso (cycle) and micro (week), design training sessions, assign them to groups and individual swimmers, and follow up on training history and load. Swimmer profiles keep each swimmer's development in one place, including technique scores and radar profiles that show the swimmer's capacity across events and strokes.

Swim Analyzer Pro: video intelligence. Turns race and training video from a phone into concrete technique and performance feedback. A trained computer vision model tracks the swimmer and produces objective metrics such as split times, stroke rate, distance per stroke (DPS) and turns. The analysis runs directly on the device against a local video file, fast, offline and with no waiting for an upload, and is saved to the swimmer's profile. A club coach can create several swimmer analyses from the same video clip.

Swim Forge: the swimmer app. Gives the swimmer a connected mobile experience between sessions: training context, follow-up on feedback and support in day-to-day training. It is the link that keeps the swimmer involved in the coach's plan.

Throughout, AI is used to strengthen the coach's judgement, for example by pulling objective technique metrics out of video, rather than to replace human expertise.

3. From Plan to Review

The strength of a connected platform is that the Plan → Train → Capture → Review flow holds together:

  1. Plan: Build the season structure in Swim Suite, where every week and cycle has a clear purpose, and assign sessions to the right groups and swimmers.
  2. Train: Run the training as planned and log load and completed sessions.
  3. Capture: Capture technique and race performance with Swim Analyzer Pro: split times, stroke rate, DPS and turns, straight from a phone.
  4. Review: The analysis flows back to the swimmer profile, where technique scores and radar profiles make development visible over time and give the coach the evidence to adjust the plan.

Four steps and three apps, but one and the same data about the swimmer all the way through.

The point is that the same data follows the swimmer through the whole loop, instead of being scattered across separate tools.

4. Built for the European and Swedish Club Model

Many existing systems are built for the American "pay-to-play" model, with the emphasis on billing and registration. Swim Suite is developed in Sweden by former competitive swimmers and software developers, with the European club structure as its foundation.

Where other systems put administration first, Swim Suite puts the common thread first: the sporting progression through the club's squads. The architecture supports multiple squads and a shared training philosophy, with sign-in through Apple, Google and Microsoft and full GDPR compliance.

5. Market Overview: Strategic Positioning

The leading players put their weight in different places. Commit Swimming focuses on administrative efficiency and logging, with text-based workout entry, web access and billing. MAKO Swim targets race and performance analysis, with wearable integration and AI reporting for elite performance. Swim Suite, for its part, brings sporting progression, planning and swimmer engagement together in one connected flow, with on-device computer vision video analysis, and technique scores and radar profiles linked directly to season planning.

What sets Swim Suite apart is that it connects long-term planning directly to video analysis and the swimmer profile, so technique and performance insights land in the same system as the season plan.

6. A Smooth Transition

Switching systems mid-season often feels like a risk. Swim Suite is built to be rolled out step by step, so the coaching staff can start using video analysis and digital session templates without disrupting what is already running. For clubs coming from other tools, there is support for migrating existing swimmer profiles and data.

7. Conclusion: A Platform to Grow Into

The future of swimming demands tools that do not just store information but understand the logic of swimming, from the big-picture goals down to the technical detail on the pool deck. Choosing Swim Suite means planning, analysis and the swimmer's daily training speak the same language and share the same data.
